This vital service offers crucial support to both patients and their caregivers, forming an essential component of our comprehensive healthcare system.
Advanced Communications & Coordination
Our dedicated PTS Communications team delivers exceptional support to our operational staff through state-of-the-art information technology. This ensures each patient’s specific needs are addressed throughout their journey, from initial booking through to transportation completion.
The service operates seven days a week from our Wakefield PTS Communications Centre, which features four specialized operational areas:
- Reservations
- Planning

Each local area is overseen by a dedicated management team responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations between patients’ homes and medical facilities.
